Susie Law
Susie has been practising yoga for over 5 years, including hot yoga for the past 3 and studied the Moksha Yoga hot series with Ted Grand and Jessica Robertson in Toronto, Canada.

I am passionate about yoga!  I love how each practise is different and working with your own body - how it is in that moment.  I enjoy leaving class knowing I've had a good workout and feel fully relaxed, with a blissful calm mind.

I began my yogic journey by deciding to take the teacher training at Moksha Yoga as I was very interested in learning more about the physical practice - asana and anatomy.  I wanted to put my time and energy into something positive, developing my knowledge and practise by passing this onto students.
Through deepening my own practise and with my studies, I am continuing to learn more about myself and have discovered a spiritual side to yoga.

My teaching style is calm, whilst bringing a positive energy that is fun into the Moksha Yoga classes.  I believe that yoga is for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, young or old, male or female and you don't have to be flexible!
